VIVO 7 SPORTS is

a youth development, training and consulting company with a focus on football (or soccer in American terms). We connect individual athletes and teams with international opportunities specific to their development path by using our global network of coaches, clubs and institutions. We value integrity more than anything, and believe in the essential element of trust between us and our clients.

Vivo 7 Sports was founded in Germany in 2015 by Lee Chalmers, who brings decades of experience in all facets of youth development to the company.

Based between the charming university city of Freiburg im Breisgau and the foothills of the Black Forest, we are located centrally in Europe, and in close proximity to Switzerland and France.

Lee Chalmers

Managing Director

Lee has spent most of his life immersed in football. His deepest passion is to assist youth players to achieve their sporting and personal goals, by connecting the player to the most suitable development path. His career spans a lifetime, his experience is across the spectrum: from player to coach to scout to mentor. This is essential to building trust in the relationship with his clients.

Celeste Chalmers

Office Manager

Celeste is officially responsible for the organisation, administration and back office of Vivo 7 Sports, but beyond those duties, she has a keen interest in seeing young people achieve their goals. Her background as an Executive Assistant, experience in HR, and her studies in Psychology position her perfectly for this role.

Our Promise

We have programmes for players as young as 10 years old, to players not older than 23 at the time of working with us.

Yes, we do. We believe in the athlete’s potential, regardless of whether it’s in boy’s or girl’s, or men’s or women’s environments. The women’s game is developing rapidly, and we’re excited to be part of this shift.

We’re based on the outskirts of Freiburg, Germany, but have a global network of partners in places such as USA, Italy, Finland, the Netherlands and South Africa. We’re always looking to expand and are excited to form new partnerships!

Each service has a different fee structure based on factors such as time of year, availability, number of participants, time required to deliver service etc. Consulting is charged hourly. Please send us a contact form for more information.

No, we’re not an agency. We work with talented players from a developmental perspective, but should the need arise, we have a preferred agency that we work with.

Assessments can be done live and on-site (training or match) if the athlete is based in our region. Contact us to discuss setting up a time.

For international athletes, we require competitive match video highlights footage of at least 5 minutes in order to evaluate your technical ability, tactical awareness and the level that you are competing at.
